What is Global Vision Outreach?

Global Vision Outreach (GVO) is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 that offers assists a number of diverse ministries. GVO was started more than three decades ago with the purpose of sharing God’s Word internationally, while offering compassionate relief to people in desperate situations. It began during a war and was born in the Near East.

GVO has three core ministries:

1. 1hour1book: 1hour1book is a video series that provides background for each of the 66 books of the Bible in under an hour! Through God’s power and your support, this ministry has reached millions of Christians. God’s truth has been taught to more than 2.5 million people!

2. Great Commission Bible Institute (GCBI): GCBI is a one-year Bible program that uses only the Bible to teach God’s Word. GCBI has three locations: one in Sebring, FL, another called GCBI North in the greater Toronto area of Canada and a third called GCBI Philippines. These campuses have hosted hundreds of Bible students, many of which are now pastors, missionaries, and honoring God through the faithful service of His kingdom!

3. Support and Outreach Aid: GVO offers materials and assistance to followers of Jesus who are sharing His love in a variety of place in the world. Each year, we select projects to support and assist the teams who are working in some of the most difficult environments. Currently, we are working on several projects in Italy, Israel and the eastern Mediterranean region.

How are donations used?

Donations are used to fill the financial needs of our programs, assistance projects and media materials used by many ministries to reach people with the message of God’s Word. Most of our spending goes to serving the three core ministries. Our office generates very limited administrative costs. We have kept a small team of workers and many volunteers to allow your donations to make the largest impact!

What projects can I donate towards?

Look over our current projects and select the ones you’d like to support. When you click the below “Donate“ button, you will be invited to select which ministry project you’d like to give toward. Your gift will be added to others to meet the needs of that project until the work is completed. Many projects take several years to complete.

How can I help?

Your most important gift to us is your constant and fervent prayer. You may consider subscribing to our email newsletter to keep up-to-date on our most urgent prayer needs. We also need your voice! Sharing our 1hour1book and GCBI videos on Youtube and social media platforms allow more people to hear the life-changing power of the Word, delivered without cost to them and with “no strings attached.”
